PARLOR HOUSE NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed by email 48 hours in advance AND by text message 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
If you no-show 2 times (on a service that totals $40 or more), we will require a 50% deposit upon your next booking in order to reserve your service time. The deposit amount will be applied toward your next service.
If you reserve an appointment time with a deposit, and you no-show that appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you reserve an appointment time with a deposit, and you give at least 24 hour notice that you need to reschedule, that deposit will be applied toward your next service.
If you reserve an appointment time with a deposit, and you give at least 24 hour notice that you need to cancel without rescheduling, that deposit will be refunded.
If for any reason you are not receiving your email or text message confirmations, please contact us so we can correct this problem as soon as possible.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our PARLOR HOUSE team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
